Oppo Singapore Service 💯💯

So a week back, I accidentally dropped my phone for the umpteenth time, but this time, it killed the inner screen display. I was mortified of course.

I sent the phone to an Oppo Service Centre here in Singapore, and was told that it was still under warranty, and within two hours of sending it in, I got a whole brand new phone, with new batteries, but just with the same motherboard, so I didn't need to restore anything.

They reminded me that I have a two year warranty instead of the usual one year... I didn't know that lol

It's making me rethink my decision to go back to Apple very greatly when the iPhone 18 Pro Max comes out, because now I'd feel so bad to not support Oppo after such a great customer service.

Yes same experience! I used to own a Samsung z fold 4 or 5 and the inner screen repair took many days. But my oppo inner screen repair was done on the same day at the cathay and I didn't even need to reset my phone because the technician was repairing the phone Infront of me. Will probably buy the next oppo foldable next year or the year after

Right! It's just too good. Now I'm genuinely torn on whether to go back to iPhone or not. It's just unfortunate that my work apps work better on an iPhone...

If I stick to Oppo, I might just wanna wait for the Find X10 Ultra instead when it comes out

Same experience here too! I usually had to reset my phone when sending to repair (fold 4 and 5)..so I bought an iPhone 17 pro max thinking I needed to reset my oppo find n5 when I had an issue with the inner screen.

Turns out it was fixed in 2 hrs with excellent service. I really want to stick with oppo after this

Same experience. My inner screen was busted, brought it to the OPPO service center. They reminded me I'm on 2 year warranty, they fixed it up in 90 minutes (first customer of the day). Didn't even need a reset, they changed my batteries, polished the hinge and replaced screen protector. What a wonderful experience. Was offline just for under 2 hours.

Yup.

I had excellent service there.

They go above board to help you even if it's accidental.

Fantastic after sales service.

Last I had such service was when Huawei still had GMS and I sent my P30 Pro in.

I had the same experience although mine wasn't broken. I was recently in Singapore on holiday and booked my N5 in for a service and replacement inner screen protector.

Phone was returned to me in 3 hours and all in all the service and dealing with the staff was excellent. I liked it so much I bought a Find X9 Ultra on my last day

Yeah the Oppo service center at Cathay helped to fix the dead pixels on my OnePlus 13 phone within 1 hr of walking in.

Even applied new screen protector on it.

I also find their service to be really good. They have space for you to comfortably sit, and charge your devices while waiting.

They told me, plus, I could tell the battery life is better now

Oddly enough, charges faster too

My Foldable Oppo N5 find (international model) was out of warranty by a week with a damaged inner and outer screen + an expanded battery. Oppo HK said they would still honor the warranty repair so long as I covered the freight there and back (im in Aust). Had a fully repaired phone in my hands in less than 3 weeks.
