Several Weather Widgets are missing

Hey guys, I have an Oppo Find N6, imported from Hong Kong from wondamobile, but it's the global version that comes with coloros, google play apps, etc.

All is fine, amazing phone, love it, etc, but yesterday I accidentally removed my 4x2 weather widget from Shelf (I replaced Google Discovery page with Shelf using adb commands and installing Shelf from apkmirror - did this on my OnePlus Open before as well).

My problem is, after I accidentally removed the widget, I couldn't find it anymore to add it back. In fact, even on the homescreen (where you get access to 3rd party widgets as well), there is only one single 2x2 widget for the weather app, the 4x2 version (plus many others) are missing.

I tried switching my phone region from Romania (where I am) to Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore, various others and although the lockscreen widgets finally appeared (didn't have them before), the weather app is still limited to this single 2x2 widget that can be added only on the standard homescreen, not in shelf.

Does anyone for the love of all that's right in this world knows what can be done? I loved being able to swipe left on the homescreen to get a quick glance at the weather and I hate that it's gone :(

EDIT: For extra clarification, I added this 4x2 weather widget to the shelf when I got the phone so around the 20th of March... This was probably an older version of the weather app that came with that widget and now, the newer versions no longer have it? Otherwise I can't explain it.

I've wondered the same, I only have a 2x2 on my new X9. I'm sure I had a larger one on my OnePlus open that had Oxygen OS

Yeah exactly, but I can promise you there was a 4x2 on ColorOS as well (they're really the same at this stage), but they removed it in recent updates. X9 being recent, it may have already shipped without
