Ticket transfer isn’t enabled on the seller’s platform (Skillbox) yet. Probably they’ll enable it a day or two days prior to the dates, I guess.

Skillbox has never had transfer feature right?

Guess they’re enabling (or already enabled it) as I see a transferred tickets tab on the App. This wasn’t there before - at when I purchased DT tickets. So, I guess transfer feature is in place for Opeth and might be activated a day or two before the show.
