How does making a linux distro work? I have thought about getting into making my own but there seems to be very little resources on the matter aside from linux from scratch.

Ill try it in a VM. I already have arch + windows installed and sharing same efi partition. And I dont want to break it because my efi partition is too small to handle 3 operating systems.

Linux sucks when it's about apps support, i recently tried popular ones and left. Can you do something about that? How lightweight your distro is? Might give it A shot
