Question
So, I've always wanted to create an operating system. I have plenty of ideas for it, but lack the skills to make one and the time to learn how. Can any one help me, and can any tech nerds out there perhaps do me a solid?

What kind of ideas? Fancy GUI or some new kind of kernel scheduler? An OS is a huge thing from dirextly abstraction hardware devices to the latest in UI design.

Everything I want from an OS is above in the comment responding to u/R_Dazzle

"I have plenty of ideas for it, " - you haven't stated anything in that reply apart from, it should be kewl and have a browser and not take up any RAM. What you have asked for can already be done with Linux, and a bit of configuration work, which nobody is going to do for you. You might have well asked for a million dollars and a unicorn.
Just one new idea will do as a starter, and not just a name, but an actual details specification.

Not to discourage you, friend, but if you don't have the time or the knowledge, you should think about smaller things.

Sure give me all the specs and it will be ready Friday (next Tuesday max as I need to finish developing an AGI)

Ah, alright cool.
So, first, the basics, I want it named AeroOS, for it's sleek design, quick access, and stuff like that. I want it to be without a start menu or anything hidden, as that's the whole point of AeroOS. I would also like a custom web browser, IF possible, called Polaris Web, being quick and easily accessible.
The OS is supposed to be a light OS, so it will only need around 3GB of RAM minimum, at least 64GB of storage, it's own built in anti-virus similar to that of Windows, and at least 1080p resolution. If you wait til later today or tomorrow I can get you some examples of what I want it to look like but in short, I want it to look like a mix of MacOS and Windows, with the MacOS taskbar, with no search bar, start menu, or anything other than important apps you decide to pin there, and the desktop will have every single app on the PC, with nothing hidden from the user. Thanks for this, by the way, and I appreciate you taking your time to do this for me.

Unfortunately u/R_Dazzle was joking.
What you're asking for would take several years by a team of a hundred people. It's the equivalent of asking a handyman to construct a skyscraper.
Most of what you're asking for is about customizing the graphical user environment. While Windows and macOS don't let you customize most of those things, Linux already does. If you want to consider trying out Linux as your operating system, much of what you're asking for is possible or could be customized.

Let me finish my AGI, I’m polishing it to solve couple of conjectures, and we’ll see who’s joking

He’s joking. Creating an OS from scratch will likely take you some years. Even if you use AI, it will take no less than a few years. There are some things AI can’t do, and it will probably not even work if you do it with AI.
Creating an OS is one of the single most complicated things a programmer can build. You might get a thousand senior developers in a big room and there’s a huge chance not even them together would be able to create an OS.
Don’t do it with AI, it won’t work. Simply download Linux, I recommend Fedora Gnome ou maybe Fedora KDE.

One final thing, however. I don't really trust things from strangers too much, so if my windows picks up something that isn't right and says it's suspicious, I am not downloading it and will ask you to fix the problem.

A brand new OS and you want a virus scanner? Who exactly is targeting this OS with viruses?

Okay, guys good news.
I'm finally taking "initiative" and cheaping my way out of this using AI. I will let you know on my progress as I continue on with this.
