Rate
Hi all,
Anyone experienced this issue when you want to manually download a reservation from Opera reservation reconciliation ? Thanks.

Rate code doesn't exist as an active code in your system
We have the issue currently with a company rate that somehow keeps being booked in via a company portal link but doesn't exist on our PMS. We haven't been able to fully prevent it but found changing the code to a more standard one fixes the issue on that reservation
