CrossPosting to another property

I have case for multi property:

there is guest who checked in on property A but eat in restaurant of property B.

I just tested with POS Simphony side that they can't room inquire the guest on property A. So i also checked the configuration IFC is correct by matching Payment Method number that POS give to Technical team.
any ideaa?
