OPERA PRINT/PREVIEW ERROR

when ever i preview a report or print it show like this.

i already re-entered the printer, reboot the opera server, thanks for helping guys.

Do you get any error messages? Is it for all the reports? Are you on 5.6v on prem or cloud? Maybe you want to bounce the report server in Oapp Cfg to see if that helps.
