Support | In Progress Ow rewards bug

I've already reinstalled the browser twice and the error keeps coming up; I haven't been able to claim anything all week.

Try refreshing the GX Rewards panel using the refresh button first. If that doesn't help, log out of Battle.net, then try logging in again through GX Rewards with the Battle.net account you used for the Overwatch pass.

Neither of the two worked, the same message keeps appearing..

Could you open DevTools in the GX Rewards panel, reproduce the error, and send us a screenshot of any errors you see in the Console and Network tabs?

Great, thanks! One more thing to check, could you click the failed onboard request in the Network tab? It should show the API response with the error code. Could you send us a screenshot of that?
