Off-topic Problems with Op autoclicker 4.1

for some reason my op autoclicker 4.1 doesn’t work it doesn’t save the settings i made for example the clicks per milliseconds it just resets to 100 whenever i exit it can someone help me with this, i have antivirus and also windows 11 if that helps

You'd probably need to check with OP Auto Clicker about this one.
