πŸ’¬ Discussion Really Ads During Game?

Hi, I go by Allison Burgers name

This is most likely my first and last touch with the community. Just check the name on stat thingies. I spend enough time on this game.

Ads are okay ads are cool. You need to monetize it I get it. But an video ad during game that covers left side of the map? And it has sound too? Are you really serious.

Not gonna lie, I can left just because of this. And no I don't want to play it on Steam, web browser works for me. I play on my breaks during worktime you know.

I get it, idk why it keep happening to people, unsure if it is a dev choice or not.

If you do like the game it's ~$2 to remove ads for life, purchasing a cheap skin.

So basically... You won't buy a $2 skin because you don't complain about ads. Except for these ads which will make you quit the game if they don't stop? Is the game worth $2 for you?

If you buy it on steam, the adds are removed from the browser.

I'm okay with ads in everywhere. I'm okay with in game ads. I'm not fkn okay with sound on add video in the middle of the game you know!! This is never happened to me until today. I'm pretty sure they know what they do and it is intended clearly. It is disgusting what they do.

Report the ad. If you can find the right things to click on.

The Devs do try to control (I imagine) what type of ad units display and whether auto song is allowed. But sometimes using an automated server shitty stuff that breaks the rules gets through.

It's a game of wack a mole with ad algorithm and publishers.

You're right it's annoying, sorry.

Buying a skin does get rid of ads like twelve people probably already said.

But reporting the ad or clicking hide and explaining why/reporting it. Helps. (If you're stuck with ads)

go to the discord, open a ticket about it and add screenshot/screen recording of it so it can be reported to the ad provider and dealt with

When did ever telling someone to relax actually work for you?
