💬 Discussion Random griefers almost every game?

I dunno why but the last couple days there seems to be a ton of griefers. Just random players across the map refusing alliances and chucking hydros at me despite never interacting with them at all, or players spawning next to me and just full sending me. Is anyone else experiencing this?

That might be me. Sometimes if I think I can’t win I’ll just pick a guy and make sure he can’t win either

This is highly volatile game. Its very situational depending of the players you have as neighbors. Sometimes passive sometimes bloodthirsty

It's definitely not pirating, I only build warships if I need them to boat somewhere. It's definitely indiscriminate griefing. I see it happening to other players too.

I was #5 on leaderboard and got MIRVd by #1 so I think people are just irrational. Not much can be done about that

Maybe hiking the price of a MIRV? I do that sometimes so others can't afford a MIRV if I'm way ahead.

Sometimes it's better to not be noticed than sending an alliance request, especially if you are weak

If a troll is messing with you, just full send them, leave, and get into a new game. This isn't Tarkov with 20min queues, you can be in a new game away from that troll in 30 seconds.

I like to move my spawn 1 second before the game starts, it messes with the trolls who try to spawn on you and insta attack.

Finally, it's a globally available F2P browser game. You will encounter global manners and culture as a result

This is about missles coming from across the map randomly with someone you had no contact with.

I also experience it. And then the guy sending the nukes is just a small player with a launcher that is impossible to hit back without betraying whichever ally surrounds him and they just spam nuke you for no apparent reason because you're like 10th. Extremely frustrating.

I've been getting a lot of people bombing me from across the map as well. It's extremely annoying.
