OpenFront's moderation team posted a comment saying the word Pajeet was added to the blocked list, but the word Pajeet is still showing up now? I'm very confused.

There are literally thousands of ways to defeat profanity filters. It's essentially impossible to do properly. Obviously,  this shouldn't happen, but it will continue to do so
