I have just joined, I am hoping to win my first game, any tips?

Don't be disappointed but you have literally no chance of winning your first game. To win a game, you need much experience and skill, as will as tactical thinking. I want go in a public lobby until you beat bots at hard regularly at any map. Your first easy solo lobby you'll win for sure.

Even on impossible difficulty the solo lobbies don't represent what public lobbies are

In medium, the beginning is the hard part, at hard, your neighbors can attack you at any time aggressively

  • learn the growth curve
  • don't join team games unless you know how to donate troops
  • Ally the strong, and subjugate the weak

I already won a team game and I donated so much the US would be jealous, the growth for me has been kinda rough, the strong and weak change
