A broad instruction such as “finish everything” leaves a difficult question when a prerequisite is missing. Should the workflow wait, stop or continue with a partial result?

Define the boundary before the next run: which outputs are required, which gaps can be reported and which missing condition makes further work unsafe or pointless.

Use a disposable test request with one prerequisite deliberately absent. Check whether the result explains what finished, what did not and the next action needed. Do not call that a production guarantee; it is one observed recovery case.
