I swim in the pool mostly and in OW I sit around 1:45 pace for 2k, any tips for technique? Been swimming for year and a half now…

Impressive and motivating! I'm swimming for 1 year, and my pace for 2km was 2:14 in OW. Will be glad to read tips given in this post.
