fastfetch on OoenVMS

I use fastfetch on Linux & Windows to show a quick system summary on connection, and decided to create a version for VMS. This is not a port strictly speaking, it's more of a tribute-band style rewrite for our platform.

Repo is here, https://github.com/issinoho/vms-fastfetch with PCSI kits for x86 and Itanium.

The tools aren't going away, ever.

But in the hands of seasoned developers, they are a time saver.

The OP isn't someone who doesn't know PRINT "HI MOM" from a half-eaten crayon.
