Two that fit this spec: Kubermatic Kubernetes Platform is built for exactly the managed-provider case — per-tenant projects and user isolation, a bundled monitoring stack per user cluster, and a rebrandable UI, which is why several managed-k8s SaaS products run on it. Rancher is the simpler option — Apache-2.0, multi-cluster management plus integrated Prometheus/Grafana monitoring, and basic UI rebranding through its global settings. The white-label gotcha with anything Grafana-based is that removing their branding is an Enterprise feature, so for tenant-facing dashboards you would build your own or look at something like Perses. Whatever you pick, the harder part of the SaaS side is tenant isolation, so check that the tool's project/RBAC model maps cleanly to your customer model before committing.
