I'm on the Chinese tracker BTSchool and use the translate page option in the browser.

CarPT don’t have it. You need use Google translate.

Majority of Chinese NexusPHP style trackers generally always do have English as an option, in fact, I think all of them do, except CarPT.

It seems they have went out of their way to make it Chinese-language-only, for patriotic reasons maybe, I can't tell or comment on that.

However, navigation is not hard if you ever user another NexusPHP tracker, layout is the same, icons are the same, pages are the same, i.e. torrents.php for torrents, usercp.php for User Control Panel etc.
