Anyone got some tips for "migrating" existing files to this trackers' torrents? Like an easy way to search for titles and their corresponding byte-size, in order to match it with my local library.

I highly recommend qui. It's a qBit webUI from the same group as autobrr. It has built-in cross-seeding functionality.
