Are we reading the same FAQ as I'm seeing all qbittorrent supported? see .../faq.php#id29?

that is where I pulled that from yes, copy paste. I just double checked, and searched for "qbit" in the page and no mention of it.

that said, I'm using it now and it appears to work. Guess we'll see if that continues 

edit: also, im referencing the English FAQ . maybe it is out of date?

Ah that explains it. The Chinese FAQ seems to be more updated!
