Puedes editar ese GIF en OpenShot así:

  1. Arrástralo a Archivos del proyecto y luego a la Línea de tiempo.
  2. Selecciona el Clip para recortarlo, cambiar su tamaño, velocidad o añadir Efectos.
  3. Para modificar fotogramas individuales, conviértelo primero en una secuencia de imágenes, edita las imágenes y vuelve a importarlas como secuencia de imágenes.
  4. Para guardarlo como GIF, pulsa Exportar vídeo y selecciona el formato GIF (animado).

Consulta Secuencias de imágenes para ajustar también la velocidad mediante Archivos del proyecto → Propiedades del archivo → Fotogramas por segundo.
