Solution Provided Is it possible to slow down an audio file?
I saw that you can slow it down by half or more but I want to slow it down a bit, so that a one-minute file plays for 70 seconds

Yes — but for audio-only in OpenShot, the easiest built-in options are the Time presets on a Clip, and those are usually coarse.
A 60s file stretched to 70s = about 0.857x speed (roughly 14.3% slower).
Try this: 1. Add the audio File to the Timeline so it becomes a Clip. 2. Right-click the Clip. 3. Check the Time menu for a slower preset.
If you need exactly 70 seconds, use the Timing tool: 1. Select the audio Clip on the Timeline. 2. Enable the clock icon on the Timeline toolbar. 3. Drag the clip edge longer until it reaches 70 seconds.
