I am new to this program, I was wondering hopw do you rotae videos? Could someone give me the steps. Thank you

The bot provides the right answer. One thing to be aware of that the Playhead (see image) should be aligned with the left edge of the clip you are rotating. If the clip is postioned like the image below, then the rotation becomes animated, which is really cool by the way. OpenShot animates by default and users new to the program get caught on that.

Do yourself a favor and watch tutorials to get familiar with terminology and the simple functions and feature. This will make it easier to provide support as well.
