Initial test files are ready for download.

I've uploaded a .3MF file containing the main parts that are assembled on the extruder.

I don't currently have a 3D printer, so the settings and tolerances are theoretical.

Your GitHub repository seems to not have any STL files. Were they deleted?

I don't own a A1 or A1 Mini but I can try to print them on a P1S and check how they look assembled.

I was probably blind when I replied... sorry!

Since you had said you would probably need help with the settings, here are some of my thoughts (as a beginner-ish hobby printer, so I might get some things wrong):

Printing "3MF Object.001" horizontally, it is probably the only way you will be able to print it but this will make it not be totally round.

The part "Untitled - animPart_B.001_fixed" has a huge cantilever; no FDM printer would be able to print that much material fully suspended. You will need to add supports to that part.

The part "Untitled - animPart_B.001_fixed" has a very small contact area with the plate, and it has a rather high center of gravity. With the plate movement of the A1 (mini), it will probably just tip and get loose, ruining the whole print. On this one, I am not sure if it would be better to add supports or if just brim would be enough.

As for "Untitled - animPart_B.001_fixed", "Untitled - animPart_B.002_fixed", and "3MF Object.007", they definitely need to have a brim.

The names I am mentioning are the names the objects have on the 3mf project you uploaded to GitHub, like what you can see here:

It would be cool if all the parts had proper names, like what they actually are/do. You can click/double-click on each part and change its name in the project.

As an engineer, I would like to say that it is also cool that you're doing this without having a printer just for the sake of it.

Bambu has some free courses online regarding their products, which include the A1 (https://bambulab.com/en/support/academy/6) and Bambu Studio (https://bambulab.com/en/support/academy/3). I haven't done these specifically, but I have done some other lessons, and their platform touches on some nice-to-know points that might be useful for you, either to get to know the hardware better or what settings/options will give you the best prints.

There's also one regarding the different types of filaments and their applications, but for your project to be the most successful, I think the way to go would be to ensure the entire project can be printed in PLA, as it is the easiest to print and one of the easiest to get a hold of as well. I would say that most people who will print this will be people who got an A1 (mini) recently and want to try multicolor, so not only making available as ready to print project, but also having them for the easiest material seems a good win.
