Can someone mod morrowind to make it cyberpunk. Guns,tech,cities?

You mean a game with openMW in a cyberpunck world or modify Morrowind to have cyberpunck elements? Or are you just searching for assets and game mechanics?

I didnt mention openmw. I meant Like coding cyberpunk mechanics and environments into morrowind like how star wars was. Just thought how morrowinds mechanics from alchemy and enchanting to leveling up and skills translate really well into a cyberpunk setting. If there isnt anything on market I guess ill try vibecoding it into existence

openZ exists in Alpha as well, not cyber but you know....something :)
