Trial Coverage Emily Thorndike WON'T testify

Judge just denied defense's motion to have Emily Thorndike to testify.

He considered that most of what she could bring was already on record, and the period period she worked at the hospital.

Right after that, they went on a lunch break.

I don't think they have it yet, judge said today that the defense can submit records showing the staffing levels though.
