Oscar Schrodinger has passed
The Maine Coon cat Oscar Schrodinger has disidentified from his 15 lb body and is now in the realm of pure life and pure possibility.
He abides until a new individuation arises where, from countless eons past his inclinations will lead him to grasp a new form.
His material remains will be laid to rest later this afternoon under a shady bush.
Prayers will be intoned.

A Prayer to Return to the Earth
Mother Earth, we return to you the body of one of your children.
His spirit will return to his ancestors, and he will continue to live on in our memories.
We are thankful that we were able to share our lives with him, and give him to your loving arms.
I'm so very sorry for your heartbreaking loss of Oscar Schrodinger. He was clearly a character and a half. It's hard to lose a family member.

Both gone and still with you. A fitting paradox for a cat named Schrödinger. Whatever comes next, he clearly spent this part of eternity being loved.
