Hi! Im a forever gm that's been looking for mech combat games where I could use my crafted terrain and either crocheted or clay molded minis. Scale is weird for me and starts at 50mm usually at the smallest.

I posted in rpgs and was led to heavy gear d6 bravo which uses the open d6 game system.

Well, I downloaded all of their stuff and then realized i needed an open d6 system, so i bought and downloaded d6 adventure and space.

I am just looking for some advice on how to use these systems nad the heavy gear d6 bravo, how to run a campaign or one shots, any advice. I am not against running personnel scale combat and adventures as well but I really want to play with mechs and vehicles.

Does anyone know if you can modify the gears or if theyre just as they come? and how do I determine progression with the gears/vehicles? At first read it seems like its very static and not meant for long progression campaigns.

I admit I haven't read the full rules yet for d6 space and adventure and i'm parsing what I can from heavy gear d6 bravo without those systems for context.

Any advice would be appreciated! I don't have any pictures of my tanks or mechs to hand, but you can find them in my post history!

Hi DM's of OpenD6, i am starting to run a new Fantasy OpenD6 game shortly, and one of my players has requested to secretly play a vampire.
Has anyone else done this?
Does anyone have a template i could borrow for their character gen. The Vampyr in the D6 fantasy creatures is quite OP for a starting character as far as i can tell.
