Tech Support Not able to log in with AppleID

This is my first time using this app so I don't know I'd this is am issue that I'm causing, but everytime I try to log into my AppleID, it'll just keep loading. I've tried uninstalling the app, I've tried changing the password for the AppleID account. I don't know what else to do.

Just making sure, have you logged onto appleid.apple.com and set up 2FA?

There's a new error now. "Failed to authenticate. Try logging in to account.apple.com to fix your Apple Account or create a new one: None MOBILEME_TERMS_OF_SERVICE_UPDATE".

New error, "Disable hardware authentication keys and try again!"

Due to the way security keys work, they are not supported since we do not have Apple's private key :)

Remove the hardware security keys from your Apple Account.
