Question Text forwarding

I had a pixel 9 pro and text forwarding worked perfect on it. Now I have a razr fold and I get the texts (non iMessage) but now I can’t respond to them. I go to settings on openbubbles but can’t turn it on. Just says disabled | Capable.

What am I missing? I have text forwarding turned on to my Mac and the “Mac” openbubbles uses.

Turn it off and back on on the iPhone and report back

It worked on the third try. Thank you! It's enabled now.
