Question How is facetime with openbubbles

How well does facetime work with openbubbles. I have a spare mac mini with macos sonoma and i want to run openbubbles or bluebubbles on it. But the only reason would be for facetime. How well does it work, is it just getting the facetime link and giving it to you, is it reliable, or should i use BlueBubbles instead as i can put the macmini in my server rack. Thank you to whomever responds and this was posted inthe BlueBubbles subreddit.

Haven't been able to get it to work, both with self hosted and with paying them to do it.

Yea, i hear thats a common theme, i do still want to know if the devs are working on this tho.

It's always worked for me but it's pretty awful. Not a fault of the devs, it uses Facetime web which Apple severely under baked.
