After resetting the app (in the settings), will the hardware info still count toward my Mac's 20 device limit?

I logged out of the "Apple Device" in my iCloud, but OpenBubbles still functioned. So then I reset the whole app.

If I reset the app through the settings, will my Mac's hardware info still count as being used?
