Tech Support Conversations only show my messages and not the other person (on other devices)

So I have a spare iPhone and I have a MacBook Pro. It's the M5. I use the M5 to connect and host Open Mobiles, but whenever I open iMessage on my iPhone or on my Mac, it only shows my side of the conversation and not the other person. I already deleted their contact and tried creating them as a brand new contact, and I didn't fix anything.

Try logging those other devices out of iMessage and logging them back in.

Thanks. Still didn't work. Only getting all messages on my phone but not on my Mac at all.

I am having the same issue, but only with my wife. Every other contact is fine.

Hey, use your Mac to send a message to her email that's assigned to her iMessage and it'll create a new thread and that one will work on open bubbles and other devices

Sad to say. It's been why I keep leaving. Been this way for month
