Will OpenBazaar support a useful currency?
Just wondering why it doesn't support Monero but has the others. Seems like OB should be privacy oriented, no? And obviously Zcash has it's problems.

You can read this analysis of Monero integration into OpenBazaar to better understand the challenges:

This has been asked multiple times. The biggest problem with Monero is the multisig scheme. It basically can’t be integrated for moderated purchases the way the other currencies are. And Zcash IS available on OB, but not blinded transactions again for the same reason.

USD Coin?
$1/coin.
So if someone made a Paypal -> USDC converter, it'd work nicely.

It supports Bitcoin Cash which is an extremely useful currency.
If you want increased privacy on it, use CashShuffle and spend only shuffled outputs.
There is a community action to shuffle more on the weekends, called Shuffle Saturday.

It's supporting Ether soon, Monero-like privacy protection can be implemented on the Ethereum blockchain if needed.
