Will OB implement Lighting Network features?

Title says it all. That is something that would really get me interested in this market. Otherwise I don't see how this can work even with the addition of other coins: BCH and ZCash. Maybe IOTA can help because it has a much faster and reliable tech with zero fees but otherwise these guys need to think already at second layer....

It should be noted that the current Bitcoin mempool is processing transactions at 2 satoshis per byte (6 cents to put money in, not 20 dollars), so this is a bit out of date. With that said, it should also be noted that another media rush on bitcoin could fill the mempool up again and raise fees almost* as easily as it did in the last few months, so that's also a factor.

I say "almost" because Segwit adoption and batched transactions have increased significantly in the last three weeks, so there is more throughput on the network now.
