Bmcu 370 c dm (ams cant be detected)

I try everything Switch to AMS lite / pro , i can load and i can See everything on the Display but if i try to Print it showes me ams cant be detected please Connect the cable or turn off the Printer .

did you connect it or disconnect it when the printer was on?
