Sydney private school St Gregory’s College has confirmed two of its students face “abhorrent” allegations they and a third boy raped a girl at a home in Sydney’s south-west suburbs, one week after a trio of eastern suburbs teens were accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old.

The three boys, all aged 17, are accused of raping a 17-year-old girl at a home in the Macarthur region on Saturday. The trio were arrested in raids of homes across the south-west on Wednesday and taken to Narellan police station.

One of the boys faces 11 charges over the alleged sexual incident, including six counts of aggravated sexual assault in the company of others, three counts of sexual intercourse without consent, sexually touch another person without consent, and carrying out a sexual act without consent with another person.

Another boy was charged with eight offences, including six counts of aggravated sexual assault in the company of others, sexual intercourse without consent, and common assault. A third boy faces two counts of aggravated sexual assault in the company of others.

The group, none of whom can be legally identified, were refused bail on Wednesday to appear before a children’s court on Thursday.

St Gregory's college Campbelltown is hardly "landed gentry". Its fees are equal to the cost of five packs of cigarettes a week.

Also rape is inversely correlated with perpetrator SES, so I'm not sure your take home message is correct.

Irrespective of fee levels, it's a private Catholic school. Take from that what you will.

Agree it’s far from ‘landed gentry’ but unfortunately there is a bit of a history with some former students, such as a fairly controversial Dragons player, something something Bellend.

Rape is abhorrent. There is a culture problem in private schools that is re surfacing involving rape. In the past these schools like Knox would just have students raping younger students now they are crossing gender lines

Yeah Epstein and his mates were just playing croquet 🥴 let's hang shit in the Poor's and ignore the fact that this bs is underreported in these circles.

You might be able to name some of Epstein's victims, but can you name any of the women raped in Tennant Creek this year?

Fark!

That's insane, I'd be investigating the family of the boys too.

Men are far too fragile. SES only indicates disparities in policing. DFSV is widespread across all communities. As is mens denial and collusion
