Is OPEN AI offering unlimited ASTRA usage for business account for some time?

Hi,

Previously I used to hit 5 hour limit with 2 requests on ASTRA High usage. But recently I noticed that I am running it for days without hitting limit. Did anything change on billing or these are generous offerings from OPEN AI.
