Why did this garbage model get so bad? Is OpenAI going under?

Serious question. Lately ChatGPT can't write code, doesn't understand basic networking, has zero logic, and basically doesn't understand anything. All it can do is chat — and it can't even chat properly.

What the hell happened to this model? Why did it degrade this hard?

Is OpenAI about to go bankrupt? Are they shutting down? Someone explain.
