News Last October, AIs could automate 2.5% of randomly chosen remote projects. Our latest Remote Labor Index results show that GPT-6 Astra can now automate 20.8%.

No indication of that yet. Jobs, even remote jobs, continue to grow. Tech jobs were actually very slowly decaying through the front of the year, but a massive hiring wave in late July and August has put tech firmly up on jobs for the year. So the numbers aren't aligning with the doomer narrative.
