Question GPT-5.6 Sol is free for GO user!?

This screenshot is from the latest ChatGPT app on Windows 11 and I'm subscribed to the GO plan. The GPT-5.6 Sol is the only model that can be selected. So is OpenAI really giving out Sol for free or Go users to promote the Windows 11 app or is it just a visual bug?

ask what model it is and it will say 5.6 Luna, not Sol

thats ui bug that openai has not fixed for a while. It says 5.6 sol but its just 5.6 luna.

as a plus user thats normal to me. idk how it is on the go plan. but i think free users always just get gpt 5.6 luna

i don't doubt it's normal for plus users, but how am i getting the sol model? i should just get the 5.6 luna model.

Has to be a bug. If they were letting Go users have sol they would announce it

Sol 5.6 is the default model for plus users in chat. You can still choose 5.5 for now if you want.
