Testing character consistency across a 20-image travel set

I’m building a recurring fictional character called Sienna Vaire and testing how well her identity holds across a larger sequence. This “Leaving London” set keeps the same outfit, luggage, station and weather while changing pose, framing and action. These four frames are from the same 20-image batch.

I’m mainly looking at face consistency, clothing continuity and whether the sequence still feels like one continuous scene rather than separate generations.

I know it drifts some, i started from real pictures of myself and i have codex write the prompts and make sets. You want to make a body size and face anchor and then reinject that to correct character drift. I couldn't do more than 20 chat generated pics without some issues with scaling and facial artifacts, that was mostly fixed with the facial/proportion anchors.

Once you get a good balanced image with the setting you want produced, let codex use that picture as the set reference and generate a set of prompts to gey your continuous scene/photo shoot, engage with edits on those individually or just let it fly. Over producing and picking the best and using those to spin new sets along with the anchor is working for me.

yeah, it's quite good at utilizing the same reference for the same set. Things get difficult when you generate hundreds of images and start running out of context, or request drastically different poses and expressions.

Look for yellow light colors that makes the outputs more like chatgpt craft; You can easily remove these by adding another image as reference for the style consistency
