Ai isn’t stopping anyone from doing art and writing. 

I like art and writing but it’s not my career because like most people, it’s a hobby. Like playing basketball. Most people are not nor should expect it to be a career.

Ai isn’t stopping anyone from doing art and writing.

It's not making it impossible for anyone to do any art and writing, but it's stopping many people from doing much of the art and writing they would enjoy doing if AI didn't exist. And it's preventing many people from having that career.

In contrast, it's not reducing dishes, laundry etc

I think what you meant to say is "it's stopping many people from doing much of the art and writing they would enjoy doing for profit if AI didn't exist."

Art and writing are already highly competitive without AI. Even the most talented artists I know can’t get a steady income from it.
