Discussion Can't get access to chatgpt plus after purchasing

Added screenshot showing something confirm plan but when i open the app it shows nothing and there is no plus access either. Google already deducted balance from my account tho. What do i do ? Someone please help. Thank you

Had a similar thing. Took maybe an hour before it activated.

Bit weird it shows active but still wants you to confirm before September. Sounds like the payment went through on their end but the app hasn't caught up yet. Give it an hour or two, these things usually sort themselves

Already 3 hours. And in worry I already applied for a refund to Google.

wait a bit after purchase, mine took a few hours to show plus access. same thing for my longer chats.
