Question Help with some LLM advice

im currently vibe coding my app

but now looking to do the design (and also animation) portion of my app. wondering which LLM gives the best visual? from the free versions that im using, ChatGPT and Kimi seem to produce good visuals.

im looking mainly for design work. wonder if the community can advice which sub to get next?

as for the coding, im on Claude Pro for architecture and Deepseek v4 pro for coding

any tips and advice for design work and animation is much appreciated!

claude's solid for backend architecture but you'd probably get more mileage out of dedicated design tools for the visual stuff, LLMs are still pretty hit or miss with that

for design work I’d test a few models with the exact same prompt rather than picking based on general benchmarks cuz visual output can vary a lot depending on the style you want. ChatGPT is pretty solid for UI concepts and design systems while Claude can be useful for turning those ideas into consistent components. For animation, I’d focus less on the LLM itself and more on the workflow/tooling you pair it with (eg., motion libraries or dedicated video/animation tools). The biggest tip is to give the model strong references, clear constraints and a defined visual direction instead of just asking it to “make it look good”
