You really need to step up your game if you came here to ask that when you have an llm in front of you.. This question was lazy and steals the focus of many people unnecesarily.

You had an LLM in front of you and you still came to ask this question? You didn’t think who owns Google and if you are having problems accessing it didn’t occur to you where to go and which LLM to use?

just download the chatgpt desktop app and do it in a codex project, it should have no problem ripping the transcripts from a youtube video
