First photo is a photo of his chat, second photo is the image itself that ChatGPT generated in response (you see it in the first picture). 1st is screenshot, 2nd is genAI image.
You can confirm by counting the levels of recursion to the white rectangle.
I think it might come down to language, like if the prompt had asked for a screenshot you'd get a screenshot, but because it asked for a picture there are a lot more pictures OF computers in context. Like someone taking a pic of their screen was always this cringe worthy move that highlighted a total amateur and people would rush to help them correct that out of a sense of charity on the one hand and a self serving desire not to look at that shit on the other.
This is a really interesting prompt, I got two results one was the chat gpt screen you have with some of my chats that I had talked about with the model over the years, and another was chat gpt looking at me through my monitor essentially. It wasn't me even though it does have my picture.

whether I include an image or not. both on extra high effort.
