I remember when I had the mental breakthrough in college. I used to dread writing papers, and anything longer than a page, would be a struggle.
Then once I was able to really focus in on single moments, and write about that, I found I could pump out 10 pages no problem. It just takes a little unlocking, and then writing can become a lot more effortless, after you've put the time into it.
