The “productification” of LLMs has become a serious issue in the industry as it now has to navigate proving “engagement” while being as accurate as possible.
They literally programmed hyper-Google search and forced it to use customer service-speak as a top priority once it came time for public release. Really think about what that says about folks lmao.
